1. SUPPORT BLACK BUSINESSES defines a Black-owned business as a firm in which a Black/African American person owns 51% or more of the equity, interest or stock of the business. To maintain the integrity of the site,  SUPPORT BLACK BUSINESSES reserves the right to delete any account with inaccurate, misleading or fraudulent information.  By adding a listing, you are confirming that you are the owner of a Black-owned business as defined above.

2. SUPPORT BLACK BUSINESSES defines business as an entity in which goods and/or services are produced in exchange for money. Each business must be recognized by the Internal Revenue Service as a business entity-via EIN/ Tax ID.

3. Members are responsible for the maintenance of their profile. This is including, but not limited to accurate: ownership, description, contact information (i.e. address, telephone, email, website, social media links, etc), hours of operation, photos.

4. SUPPORT BLACK BUSINESSES reserves the right to delete and/or ban comments it deems unprofessional, disrespectful and/or obscene.

5. Comments posted on SUPPORT BLACK BUSINESSES(dot)com do not necessarily represent the views of the SUPPORT BLACK BUSINESSES team.

6. SUPPORT BLACK BUSINESSES does not solely endorse any one business. This directory is simply a gateway to contact information. Any promotion on the site is either paid for by the individual business or randomly selected by our staff.
