Ms. Dahlia’s was a southern woman, born in the turn of the century. A woman of refined tastes and sensibilities. She loved a good story and a dirty joke even better. She migrates from the south along the way, she picked up a few flavors and friends. She settled in Brooklyn in the twenties and set up a “Salon” out of her home. Ms. Dahlia loved to entertain family, friends and anyone interested in good company and tasty cuisine.
